How can our prices be so competitive?

All WordPress products such as plugins and themes are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL).
This means that once we purchased the item, we can freely redistribute it.
Your purchase on our site enables us to maintain subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This helps to keep prices relatively low.

Do we include development support?

Unfortunately, we can’t include any form of development support. If you need technical support we advise you to purchase directly from the author (links are on all products) or to hire a third-party developer to help you with the coding.

Are these genuine products?

Yes, they are 100% genuine and come directly from the authors.

On how many sites can I use the products?

You can use them on as many sites as you want.

Are we updating our products?

As soon as there is an update available, we will publish it on our site.

How do I update the products?

You can do it either via WordPress or manually via FTP. For more detailed information please read here.

What I have to do if some of the products ask me for a registration code?

You can ignore it. Developers include this automatically so that you can register for their support.

Can I request a product?

Yes, absolutely. If this product is under GPL available, then we will try to get it for you. For the request, you can simply use our support ticket system on your account page

Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?

For single-time purchases, you are free to download them as many times as you want. For memberships, your downloads are limited to 20 products per day.

How long will I receive updates?

For single-time purchases, you will be able to receive lifetime long updates. For memberships as long as your membership is active.

Can I get a refund?

We are sorry, but based on the nature of digital downloads we can’t offer refunds, hence you already downloaded the product.
